ONE MORE TO GO!!!
Hello everyone,
Only one more radiation session to go. I am almost home and healed! I get to ring a bell tomorrow after my very last session. Mom is going to take pictures and I am going to sing "Ring me b.e.e.e.ll, ring my bell". LOL Does anyone remember that song? I think it is from the 70's or 80's. Anyway, I will be singing it tomorrow with a smile on my face. This has been a long, hard, scary journey. But I have made it with God's strength and family and friends.
I want to say a "BIG Thank You" to everyone who has supported me and especially on this blog. You all have made my life fuller and I will never forget the wonderful people who has helped me and my family through this journey. May God Bless you and your families with happiness and good health. I must say that this has been an experience of a lifetime and something I will never forget. Always remember, nothing is impossible no matter what you are going through as long as you have faith in God.
He knew that people need someone Whose thoughts are always near.
He knew they need someone kind To lend a helping hand.
Someone to gladly take the time To care and understand.
GOD knew that we all need someone To share each happy day,
To be a source of courage When troubles come our way.
Someone to be true to us, Whether near or far apart.
Someone whose love we'll always Hold and treasure in our hearts.

WOW one more, thats wonderful! What a journey it has been, i think it has brought our family closer. I hate that it took something like this. I cant wait for the cookouts, partys, holidays.

Sorry I have been away from the site for a while....with helping my mother and Holy Week events plus Avon ...well I have discovered more hours in the day.....What a blast though, my friend and I fixed Seder Meal for 53 at her church and it was so rewarding what an awesome event- we had 3 lambs and 2 chickens(for the faint of culinary heart) it was yummy for the tummy and spirit filling....and as if that was not enough Martha Stewarting I fixed Easter for the family and it was the first time mom had her family together in 2 years....so very much to be thankful for.
AND really thankful to be getting my friend back- am so looking forward to Tami calls and the homecoming celebration.... I can hear you singing that song and yep I am on the floor rolling....it is going to be so good to really see you again....Praying for your families safe and enjoyable trip home. You know this Blog doesnt have to end, because your journey is just going on in a different direction and it has touched so many. They will surely enjoy keeping up with your outloud and proud testimony of God and his work in your life, especially with your new insights and growth.

I made a Texas cake last night and thought of you! I think Texas cake will always remind me of you now. I won't be able to make it to your cookout, but maybe another time I can bring you a Texas cake and we can drink green tea. (Maybe not!)
